Adverse effects of anti TB drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the adverse effects of anti TB drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and its influencing factors.Methods:400 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected. They were treated with anti tuberculosis drugs.We analyzed the influencing factors using single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis.Results:In 400 patients,adverse drug reactions occurred in 118 cases(29.5%).Single factor analysis showed that age,body mass index,history of liver disease,treatment type and type of diagnosis were the factors that influence the adverse drug reaction.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age and history of liver disease were the risk factors of adverse drug reaction.Conclusion:Anti TB drugs were used in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was higher.Old age and history of liver disease were the risk factors of adverse drug reactions.In clinical work,we should fully investigate the patient’s medical history and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
