无创通气治疗在COPD合并呼吸衰竭中的应用
Application of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:92 cases of patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure were divided into two groups randomly,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given noninvasive ventilation treatment based on the control group,and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The arterial oxygen partial pressure of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The arterial oxygen partial pressure of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure had good effect.关键词
