甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察
Clinical observation of mecobalamin in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods:100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 50 cases.The control group were with conventional treatment,and the observation group on the basis of the control group plus mecobalamin.Clinical effect was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 98%,higher than 80%of the control group(P<0.05).The nerve electrophysiology changes of the two groups after treatment were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effect of methylcobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is signiifcantly.关键词
