摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of anastomotic leakage after anterior resection of rectal cancer. Methods:200 patients with rectal cancer were selected.Risk factors of patients with anastomotic fistula were analyzed. Results:The tumor with diabetes, stageⅢ, tumor from the anal margin distance<7 cm the incidence of anastomotic leakage were higher than those of the corresponding group(P<0.05).Conclusion:diabetes,tumor stage heightening,tumor from the anal margin from the smaller are anterior resection of rectal cancer after anastomosis ifstula of the risk factors,so clinical need to strengthen the standardized operation.关键词
