Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of nitroglycerin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods:76 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 38 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while patients in the treatment group were given nitroglycerin on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the effective rate of 97.4% was signiifcantly higher than 81.6% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical efifcacy of nitroglycerin combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was signiifcant.关键词
