急诊治疗重症哮喘合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果评价
Evaluation of clinical effect of emergency treatment of severe asthma complicated with respiratory failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of emergency treatment of severe asthma complicated with respiratory failure.Methods:85 patients with severe asthma complicated with respiratory failure were selected.They were divided into the two groups.Routine basic treatment was given in the conventional group with 40 cases,while 45 cases in the emergency treatment group were given emergency treatment.The clinical curative effect and blood gas indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The clinical total effective rate of patients in the emergency was 93.3% which was higher than that of the conventional group of 75%.The arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)in emergency group was signiifcantly lower than that in the conventional group,and arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)was signiifcantly higher than that of the conventional group,with signiifcant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency program applied in the treatment of severe asthma combined with respiratory failure can effectively improve the patient’s blood gas indicators,improve the treatment effect.关键词
