老年腰椎管狭窄症手术治疗的临床应用研究
Clinical study of surgical treatment for senile lumbar spinal stenosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of surgical treatment for senile lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods:88 elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were selected.They were treated with lamina resection spinal decompression and bone graft fusion.JOA score was used.Results:88 patients were successfully completed the operation,and the pain was all disappeared.The preoperative JOA score was (4.3±11.2),the postoperative JOA score was (29.8±2.9),and the average improvement rate was 80.6%.Conclusion:Surgical treatment for the elderly lumbar spinal stenosis was safe and effective.The lumbocrural pain of patients had signiifcantly improved which can improve the quality of life of elderly patients.关键词
