Application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with hip joint replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with hip joint replacement surgery.Methods:40 elderly patients with hip replacement surgery as the combined anesthesia group,and they were given the combined spinal epidural anesthesia.In the same way,40 patients were selected as control group,and they were given the hard external anesthesia.Sensory block onset time,block to improve the operation time,the additional volume of local anesthetic and ephedrine use of two groups were analyzed.Results:In the intraoperative situation analysis,the combined anesthesia group was signiifcantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined spinal epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with hip replacement surgery has a strong feasibility.关键词
