硬膜外置管长度对剖宫产麻醉效果的影响分析
Effect analysis of length of epidural tube on the anesthetic effect in cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of length of epidural tube on the anesthetic effect in cesarean section. Methods:260 cases of puerpera with cesarean section were divided into two groups randomly,with 130 cases in each group.The control group was given anesthesia with 3 cm length of epidural tube,and the observation group was given anesthesia with 5 cm length of epidural tube.The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There were no statistically signiifcant differences of mean arterial pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation between after anesthesia and before anesthesia (P>0.05).The total anesthetic satisfaction of the observation group was 95.4%,which was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The utilization rate of supplementary medicines in the observation group was signiifcantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The length of epidural tube had signiifcant influence on the anesthetic effect in cesarean section.关键词
