硬膜外神经阻滞结合腰椎推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of epidural nerve block combined with lumbar massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:40 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was given epidural nerve block,and the observation group was given epidural nerve block combined with lumbar massage.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,which was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Epidural nerve block combined with lumbar massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation had signiifcant clinical effect.关键词
