Anesthetic effect of remifentanil in the anesthesia of thoracic surgical procedures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect of remifentanil in the anesthesia of thoracic surgical procedures. Methods:70 cases of patients with thoracic surgical procedures were divided into two groups randomly,with 35 cases in each group.The control group were given fentanyl and propofol anesthesia,and the observation group was given remifentanil and propofol anesthesia.The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The intranperative heart rate of the control group was signiifcantly faster than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was signiifcantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil in the anesthesia of thoracic surgical procedures had good anesthetic effect.关键词
