摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of acute testicular torsion, and further improve the therapeutic effect.Methods:12 patients with acute testicular torsion were selected.All patients underwent routine physical examination and color Doppler ultrasound.Results:12 cases were found in physical examination of patients had obvious ipsilateral testicular swelling,10 cases of positive Prhen sign.Surgical reduction treatment of 10 cases of patients with ipsilateral testis and epididymis development were normal.Conclusion:Physical examination and ultrasound examination is an important measure for diagnosis of acute testicular torsion.Early reduction and operation is the key point of the treatment of acute testicular torsion.关键词
