Effect of different methods of hemostasis on ovarian function recovery after ovarian cyst operation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of different methods of hemostasis on ovarian function recovery after ovarian cyst operation.Methods:90 patients with ovarian cysts were selected.They were divided into the 3 groups on average.The group A took a simple electric coagulation,the group B received catgut suture,and catgut suture after electric coagulation was applied in the group C.Results:After 3 months of treatment,there was a signiifcant difference between the group C and the group A and the group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual cycle of the group A was 80%;the B group was 83.3%;the group C was 96.7%;there was signiifcant difference between the group C and the group A and the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using catgut suture after electric coagulation hemostasis can effectively protect ovarian function.关键词
