Analysis of method for induction of mid-pregnancy with marginal placenta previa

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect and method for induction of mid-pregnancy with marginal placenta previa. Methods:60 patients with mid-pregnancy with marginal placenta previa were selected.30 cases were pregnancy 13~18 weeks(group A);30 cases were pregnancy 18~27 weeks(group B).60 cases with no mid-pregnancy with marginal placenta previa were selected.They were divided into group A1 and group B1.Group A and group A1 were treated with misoprostol combined with mifepristone in induced labor;group B and group B1 were rivanol amniotic membrane combined with mifepristone induced abortion. Placenta residual rate and success rate of induced abortion,uterine hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage of 4 groups were observed and compared.Results:Group B1 of patients with uterine massage rate,gauze rate,uterine drug use rate were signiifcantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mid pregnancy with marginal placenta previa patients,according to the gestational age,the reasonable choice of rivanol combined with mifepristone in the treatment scheme.关键词
