Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods:90 patients with uterine ifbroids were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 45 cases.The control group was treated by vaginal hysterectomy,and the observation group were treated by laparoscopy.The clinical effect was compared. Results:The bleeding,operation time, anal exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.4%,lower than that of the control group of 13.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine ifbroids has less trauma and less complications.关键词
