摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore a new method to reduce the urethral injury by pneumatic lithotripsy under ureter mirror. Methods:220 patients with lower ureteral calculi were selected.They were treated by ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of crushed stone.Results:In 220 cases of endoscopic lithotripsy, the repeated ureteroscopy of urethral injury in and out of the urethra and bladder was effectively avoided,and the operation time was shortened.Conclusion:The improved cystoscopy and ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi has the advantages of minimally invasive,safe,short operation time and less complications.关键词
