联用金双歧及蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻94例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Jinshuangqi combined with Mengtuoshi in treatment of 94 children with diarrhea.Methods: 94 children with diarrhea were divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,while patients in the test group were treated with Jinshuangqi combined with Mengtuoshi on the basis of the routine treatment.We compared the total efifciency,the time of fever,diarrhea and abdominal pain disappeared time of the two groups.Results:The test group defervescence time and abdominal pain disappeared time were signiifcantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.87%,which was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinshuangqi combined with Mengtuoshi in treatment of children with diarrhea has the advantages of quick effect and good curative effect.关键词
