儿童传染性单核细胞增多症临床特征分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical features of infectious disease caused by different age groups of EB virus infection.Methods:The clinical data of 78 children with IM were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Clinical manifestations were various.The younger was the age,the less was pharyngeal secretions.Fever,rash,cough incidence rate of the baby group was higher.In young children group,preschool group,age group,angina,lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly were prominent,and the incidence rate was significantly higher than that of other age groups.Conclusion:IM clinical manifestations are diversity.Early diagnosis and early treatment should be combined with clinical manifestations, variation of lymphocytes,EBV-IgM and other comprehensive judgment,and alert the occurrence of EBV related blood cell syndrome.关键词
