摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of immunosuppressive therapy in the treatment of aplastic anemia (AA). Methods:Clinical data of 65 patients with AA who received immunosuppressive therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Non severe AA(NSAA)patients were treated with cyclosporin A(CsA)and,and AA(SAA)patients and NSAA patients were treated with anti thymus globulin,CsA and SAA.Results:Compared with NSAA,the survival rate of patients with SAA was higher;compared with the non responders,the survival rate was higher in 6 months responders;compared with the CsA treatment,the interruption of treatment patients have a higher relapse rate(P<0.01).Conclusions:Patients with AA should be treated with immunosuppressive therapy,and patients with NSAA and SAA should not be interrupted after treatment to reduce the risk of recurrence.关键词
