Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of vitreous body injected by triamcinolone in the treatment of Uygur patients with ischemic central retinal vein occlusion macular edema.Methods:60 Uygur patients with ischemic central retinal vein occlusion macular edema were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.All patients were treated with improved microcirculation.On this basis,the experimental group was treated with IVTA.Results:The BVCA value of the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group at 1 month,3 months,6 months after treatment.The thickness values of the central retinal thickness was signiifcantly lower than that in the control group.The improvement rate of circuitous vein,macular edema,papilloedema in the experimental group after treatment were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion:IVTA in the treatment of patients with ischemic central retinal vein occlusion macular edema can signiifcantly improve the macular edema and papilloedema,relieve retinal ischemic state,improve the visual function.The curative effect is obvious.关键词
