CGF膜在上颌窦内提升术中的应用效果
Application effect of CGF membrane in maxillary sinus augmentation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical application effect of CGF membrane(CGF concentration growth factor)in maxillary sinus augmentation.Methods:60 patients with maxillary posterior teeth loss,with lifting bone graft or without it but with simultaneous placement of implants in the maxillary sinus were selected.84 implants were planted.We padded CGF iflm after the maxillary sinus floor mucosa was raised.We observed the clinical application effect of 1 month after implant and crown repair after 1 year.Results:After implantation for 1 month,all patients had no inflammation of maxillary sinus and nasal cavity.The implants were stable after 1 year with crown restoration.X-ray examination showed that the bone around the implants was good, and the implants were formed in the part of the maxillary sinus with new bone formation.Conclusion:CGF iflm is easy to produce,and it has high biological safety and good clinical effect.关键词
