摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of active silver ion antibacterial liquid in the treatment of gingivitis in pregnant women.Methods:60 cases of pregnant women with gingivitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 30 cases in each.Patients in the study group were treated with active silver ion antibacterial liquid for gargle,while patients in the control group were treated with hydrogen peroxide for gargle.We compared the plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),gingival index(GI) before and after treatment of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the SBI and GI in the study group were signiifcantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of active silver ion antibacterial liquid in the treatment of gingivitis in pregnant women was signiifcant.关键词
