摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect observation of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of anti reflux esophagitis.Methods:106 patients with anti reflux esophagitis were selected.They were divided into two groups,53 cases in each.The control group only received conventional western medicine treatment,while the experimental group were also in line with Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction.After the completion of treatment,follow-up recurrence.Results:The experimental group of the overall improvement rate,the total improvement rate of TCM syndrome were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The follow-up were 6 months.The recurrence rate of the control group was 22.6% higher than that of the experimental group of 5.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect observation of Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in the treatment of anti reflux esophagitis is signiifcantly.It can relieve the lesion,and the recurrence rate is low.关键词
