Necessity analysis of the value of CT enhanced examination in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the necessity of the value of CT enhanced examination in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. Methods:The clinical data of 176 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There was no statistically signiifcant difference of CT grade between group B and group A(P>0.05).There was statistically signiifcant difference of diagnostic rate of pancreatic necrosis between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with acute pancreatitis and the chronic health status score below 8 points did not need CT enhanced examination,and CT enhanced examination 48 h after the onset could improve the diagnostic rate.关键词
