Evaluation of the effect of nursing intervention on patients with essential hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with essential hypertension.Methods:80 patients with primary hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine health guidance and professional care,while patients in the intervention group were given nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect between the two groups. Results:In the intervention group,level of blood pressure control was signiifcantly better than control group(P<0.05).After nursing,psychological field,physical function,material life,social field of the two groups were improved obviously,and the difference between groups had statistical signiifcance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can signiifcantly improve the treatment effect of patients with essential hypertension.关键词
