摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention on elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods:76 patients with senile severe pneumonia complicated with ventilator associated pneumonia were selected.They were divided into two groups, each of 38 cases.The experimental group to implement targeted nursing intervention,and the control group with conventional method of nursing.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The mortality rate of the experimental group was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of targeted nursing intervention for elderly patients with severe pneumonia and ventilator associated pneumonia can effectively reduce the mortality rate of patients.关键词
