摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of pioglitazone on inflammation of glomerular mesangial cells cultured in high glucose.Methods:Glomerular mesangial cells were cultured for up to 90% fusion,replaced with serum-free DMEM,and randomly were divided into normal control group, high glucose group model pioglitazone low dose group and high dose group,continue to cultured for 48 h,and detected.Results:Under high glucose conditions of mesangial cell by drug pioglitazone treatment after the content of LDH,IL-6,TNF alpha and p38MAPK expression and NF-κ B activity were significantly decreased.Conclusion:Pioglitazone can inhibit mesangial cells cultured in high glucose medium inflammation.关键词
