PCI术后应用替格瑞洛1年的临床疗效和安全性观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ticagrelor in 1 year after PCI.Methods:120 patients with coronary heart disease underwent PCI surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The ticagrelor group with 60 cases were given oral ticagrelor 1 year on the basis of conventional treatment;the clopidogrel group 60 cases were given oral clopidogrel 1 year on the basis of conventional treatment.The changes of cardiovascular events and platelet levels were observed.Results:The ticagrelor carvedilol group cardiovascular events incidence was lower in the clopidogrel group(P<0.05);the ticagrelor group 6 months,1 year platelet levels were higher than those in the clopidogrel group(P<0.01).Conclusion:PCI after application for 1 year ticagrelor has good efficacy and safety,and it can effectively improve the level of platelet.关键词
