摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical intervention effect of interventional therapy on acute myocardial infarction after thrombolysis.Methods:186 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 93 cases.The control group was given PCI clinical intervention.The observation group received intravenous thrombolysis first,then the implementation of elective PCI.We compared the two groups of coronary recanalization rate,success rate of stent implantation, mortality,complication rate.Results:The coronary artery recanalization rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCI intervention can significantly improve the coronary reperfusion rate and improve the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction after thrombolytic therapy.关键词
