摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and analyze its safety.Methods:112 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively treated with hyperbaric oxygen and atmospheric oxygen therapy,to compare the efficacy of two groups. Results:The observation group patients with neurological impairment and disability recovered better than the control group;the observation group patients vital signs and clinical symptoms better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of acute ischemic stroke has significant effect.Safety and effectiveness can be effectively guaranteed.Neurological function defect is improved,and the rate of disability is reduced.关键词
