摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of through lateral fissure microsurgical operation and small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:116 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 58 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with small bone window craniotomy,while patients in the experimental group were treated with through lateral fissure microsurgical operation,then we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group;the disability rate,death rate and complication rate were significantly lower than those of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of through lateral fissure microsurgical operation in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was significant.关键词
