老年非瓣膜病房颤应用华法林抗凝治疗预防脑梗死的作用分析
Analysis of elderly non-valvular atrial fibrillation with warfarin anticoagulation treatment to prevent cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of elderly non-valvular atrial fibrillation with warfarin anticoagulation treatment to prevent cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with elderly non-valvular atrial fibrillation were selected.They were divided in two groups.Group a received aspirin antiplatelet therapy;group b warfarin anticoagulation therapy.The rate of cerebral infarction, the incidence of adverse bleeding,and the mortality rate were evaluated.Results:The incidence of cerebral infarction in group a was 10%,higher than that in group b of 2%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of elderly non-valvular atrial fibrillation with warfarin anticoagulation treatment to prevent cerebral infarction is good.It can effectively reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.关键词
