Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of hydroxyethyl starch to urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:104 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into two groups,52 cases in each.Two groups were carried out baseline and treatment of urinary kallidinogenase treatment.The experimental group is also in line with hydroxyethyl starch in the treatment.We analyzd the clinical effect.Results:Before and after treatment,the scores were improved,and the improvement of the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).The clinical total improvement rate was 94.2%,higher than that of the control group of 73.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hydroxyethyl starch with urinary kallidinogenase in treatment of acute cerebral infarction has high cure rate.Patients with nerve function and living ability can be enhanced obviously.关键词
