孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘疗效观察
Observation of the effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods:90 children with asthma were selected.They were divided into two groups,45 cases in each.The control group were given oxygen,anti-inflammatory,asthma and other conventional treatment,and the atomized inhalation of budesonide inhalation suspension.The observation group on the basis of the control group were given oral montelukast.The clinical effect between groups was observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,higher than that of the control group of 82.2% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast combined with budesonide in treatment of infantile asthma symptoms quick recovery and good curative effect.关键词
