剖宫产腹部横切口不缝合脂肪层皮内缝合临床分析
Clinical analysis of intradermic suture without fat layer suture in abdominal transverse incision of cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of intradermic suture without fat layer suture in abdominal transverse incision of cesarean section.Methods:385 cases of cesarean section parturients were selected as the study group,and they were treated using intradermic suture without fat layer suture.351 cases of cesarean section parturients were selected as the control group,and they were treated by traditional way of skin suture.We compared the effect between the two groups.Results:In the study group,there was no significant difference in the operation time with the control group(P>0.05),and the length of stay was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,there was no bad wound healing;in the control group,1 case had wound infection,and 3 cases had fat liquefaction.Conclusion:The application effect of intradermic suture without fat layer suture in abdominal transverse incision of cesarean section was significant.关键词
