摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal douche therapy on children with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:200 children with respiratory tract infection were selected.They were randomly divided the control group with 84 cases and the observation group with 116 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with oral drugs,while in the observation group were treated with simple balloon type nasal douche in implementation of nasal irrigation based on oral drug treatment.Results:After the treatment,the symptoms such as runny nose,stuffy nose and cough in the observation group were significantly improved than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the drug treatment,application nasal irrigation in children with upper respiratory tract infection can effectively remove nasal secretion retention,relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion,runny nose and cough,and it also can shorten the course of disease.关键词
