摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods:200 patients with breast tumor disease were selected.They were divided two groups,each of 100 cases.The control group using high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound,and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with contrast enhanced ultrasound imaging was used in the experimental group.We compared the difference between groups.Results:The malignant and benign coincidence rates of the experimental group were 96.4% and 93.8%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group of 85.7% and 75%(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with contrast micro vascular imaging of benign and malignant breast tumor diagnosis discriminability strong. Benign and malignant tumors also has its own unique characteristics of the ultrasound.关键词
