Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of VEGFR and ERCC1mRNA expression on the prognosis of patients with lung cancer. Methods:40 patients with non small cell lung cancer whom completed surgical resection were selected,and their postoperative pathological samples were detected to measure the expression of VEGFR and ERCC1,and then we analyzed the relationship between the expression of VEGFR and ERCC1 and the prognosis.Results:There were 25 cases with positive lung cancer VEGFR mRNA expression,in which there 13 cases mergered with ERCC1 expression positive,among those 13 cases,there were 12 cases(92.3%) confirmed metastasis by pathology or image,12 patients with negative ERCC1 expression,there were 8 cases(66.6%) confirmed metastasis;15 cases with negative VEGFR mRNA expression,in which 2 cases combined with positive ERCC1 expression,and 13 cases with negative ERCC1 expression,among which there 6 patients were transfered confirmed by pathology or image.Conclusion:The expression of mRNA VEGFR has significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree and TNM stage of lung cancer,the positive mRNA EGFR expression and ERCC1 expression with higher transfer rate,and the prognosis was poor.关键词
