摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the value of dynamic electrocardiogram in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:69 patients with senile coronary heart disease were selected,first with routine ECG examination,and then the dynamic electrocardiogram was examined again,and the changes of heart rate of 24 h in all patients were detected.Results:69 cases of patients with the real/paired ventricular premature beats, paroxysmal ventricular rate in two different ECG examination, and the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional ECG,dynamic ECG can be used to monitor the ECG signals at any time point,and it is more accurate to monitor the ECG signals.关键词
