Expression and clinical significance of Survivin and PTEN in renal clear cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the expression and the clinical significance of the Survivin and phosphate dual specificity aphosphataseactivity of the lipase gene(PTEN)in renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC).Methods:The expression level of Survivin and PTEN were detected in 40 patients with RCCC and 12 healthy people by ELISA.Results:Compared with the healthy people,the expression of Survivin in RCCC was significantly increased.The expression of PTEN in RCCC was significantly reduced.The expression level of the Survivin and PTEN had a significant negative correlation(r=-0.545,P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expression of Survivin and PTEN in RCCC indicate that they may play an important role in the development of the RCCC.The joint detection of the Survivin and PTEN can be used as a indicator in diagnosis and prognosis of the RCCC.关键词
