Artificial airway nursing on severe organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the artificial airway nursing on severe organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:40 cases with respiratory failure caused by severe organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected.They were divided into the special care group and the routine nursing group with 20 cases in each.Patients in the special nursing group were implemented special nursing ,while in the routine nursing group patients were carried out routine airway management.Results:1 case occurred sputum scab in the special care group,however in the conventional care group had 10 cases,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Special nursing can effectively inhibit the formation of sputum scab.关键词
