摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect observation and nursing of patients with organ damage of mushroom poisoning single heavy plasma exchange.Methods:13 patients with most organ failure of mushroom poisoning were selected.They were given single plasma exchange.We observed the clinical curative effect.Results:8 patients after 1 to 2 months of comprehensive treatment cured;3 cases were significantly improved and discharged from the treatment;2 cases of death. Conclusion:Single plasma exchange is the treatment method of most organ failure of mushroom poisoning,correct nursing carries on smoothly for the treatment to provide protection.关键词
