Analysis of clinical effect of humanistic nursing on pediatric nursing
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of using the concept of humanistic nursing in pediatric nursing, further improvement of pediatric nursing.Methods:400 randomly selected from pediatric patients and their family satisfaction questionnaire and nurses' work quality evaluation.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 200 cases.Family satisfaction was compared.Results:The patients and their families satisfaction of the observation group was 96.8%, significantly higher than 72.4% of the control group.Conclusion:The concept of humanistic care should be popularized in clinical pediatrics.It can effectively improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.关键词
