摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of community nursing intervention on health behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:116 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group with 58 cases in each.They were given routine nursing and community nursing intervention respectively.Results:The reasonable rate of exercise,diet control and medication compliance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and also the blood sugar compliance rate and disease knowledge(P<0.05). Conclusion:Community nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes has satisfactory effect,which has a vital role to progress the understanding of the disease knowledge and improve the health behavior of patients.关键词
