摘要
Abstract
Resident health archives is a systematic file and database to record the health conditions of residents.Systematic and comprehensive health records of residents can help the community service personnel to grasp the health status of community resi-dents,and understand the important health problems of community residents,in order to carry out needle of disease management better.In this study,we analyzed the difficulties encountered in the process of community residents' health archives,and put for-ward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the management level of the residents' health records.关键词
