上海市三甲医院新进护士工作配置和护理实践现状分析

Abstract
Objective:To describe the state of human resource allocation of new registered nurses in shanghai. Methods:Totally 1 235 new registered nurses from 35 hospitals in Shanghai were investigated by convenience sampling method. Results:New registered nurses were responsible for nine clients on their last work day at least and working at an average of(9.38±3.178)hours in last shift. There is no significant difference of nursing practice among eight sections (P>0.05). Nursing practice focused on operating general nursing progress. Conclusion:Practice workload of new registered nurses is heavy. It is suggested to strengthen the rational allocation of nursing human resources,emphasize new disease nurse specialist and advisory capacities,and enhance the quality of nursing human resource configurations.关键词
