Study on the Chemical Constituents in Styrax tonkinensis
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents in Styrax tonkinensis. METHODS:The chemical constituents in S. tonkinensis was separated and purified by silica gel,medium pressure RP-18,Sephadex LH-20,semi-preparative HPLC,and the compound structure was analyzed and identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS:6 com-pounds were separated from B.Styracis,namely Bis (2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (1),1-O-methy-guaiacylglycerol (2),Threo-5-hy-droxy-3,7-dimethoxyphenylpropane-8,9-diol(3),Benzoic acid(4),Vanillic acid(5)and Vanillin(6). CONCLUSIONS:Com-pound 1,2 and 3 are isolated from S. tonkinensis for the first time,and the study has laid a certain foundation for its quality evalua-tion.关键词
