摘要
Abstract
Objective To the systematic evaluate of solid silicone prosthesis and restylaneon for augmentation rhinoplasty.MethodsUsed computer to search PubMed literature database , China hownet database in Chinese and wanfang database,to collect all the relevant clinical reports of using biological materials on augmentation rhinoplasty,then using the Meta analysis to evaluate the system.Results (1) patients satisfaction rate have no signiifcant difference between silicone group and restylaneon group(P>0.05).(2) the occurrence rate of silicone group is higher than restylaneon group in removal, infection and complication. (P<0.01).ConclusionAs each restylaneon and silicone prosthesis has advantages and disadvantages on augmentation rhinoplasty,so different situations should be based on patient needs for adaptive selection.关键词
