超声乳化白内障吸除术中发生晶状体后囊膜破裂的风险因素及预后效果分析
The Prognosis and Risk Factors of Posterior Capsule Rupture in Phacoemulsification of Cataract

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the prognosis and risk factors of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification of cataract.Method:A total of 1302 eyes in 1267 patients with cataract were treated in our hospital with phacoemulsification surgery from December 2009 to December 2015.The patients that occurred posterior capsule rupture during intraoperative were divided into observation group(45 cases),and randomly selected patients with 1∶4 ratio into control group(180 cases).The age,gender,medical history,eye categor, cataract type,preoperative intraocular pressure,preoperative retinal electrophysiological results,preoperative and postoperative visual acuity,visual acuity,grading history,smoking history and drinking history of all patients were statistically analyzed,and analyzed the prognosis and risk factors of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification of cataract.Result:The risk factors of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification of cataract were gender,preoperative visual acuity and the nuclear stages (P<0.05).The rate of intraoperative posterior capsule rupture in men was significantly higher than that in women(P<0.05).The nuclear stages in typeⅢ and above of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The visual acuity in preoperative and postoperative of observation group were significantly worse than of control group P<0.05).The visual acuity in postoperative of two group had improved,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk factors of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification of cataract are gender, preoperative visual acuity and the nuclear stages,and intraoperative posterior capsule rupture has impacted on the prognosis of patients with visual acuity recovery.关键词
