超高龄患者股骨头置换与PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆骨折的比较分析
Comparative Analysis of Femoral Head Replacement and PNA Internal Fixation for Super Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the therapeutic effect of femoral head replacement and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of super aged patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Method:A total of 60 senile patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from June 2013 and 2015 June were randomly assigned to control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group,the control group were treated with femoral head replacement,the observation group were treated with PFNA internal fixation, and the postoperative treatment effect was compared.Result:Two groups of patients in the amount of bleeding, operation time,postoperative complications rate,mortality rate,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The hospitalization days and bed days of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).The two groups after operation 1,3,6 months, Harris score differences had statistical significance(P<0.05),and postoperative differences in Harris score among the 12 months had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of very elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture application of hip arthroplasty can shortened the time patients stay in bed and hospitalization time,is the effective method in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture and clinical application can choose according to the actual situation.关键词
